Another entry into my collection of personally-made file folder games that I think are prettier than the ones that are currently available. I think now you might be understanding why I’m making everything available — I’ve made way too many to keep these to myself!
This is one of the first games I ever made for my son, it was super simple and worked really well because there are a relatively small amount of puzzle pieces. He likes naming the owl colors and talking about what each one does. (Don’t know if anyone can spot the Kobe owl on here :))

This is basically a repeat of the Alphabet Matching game that I posted earlier, but the number version. It’s a basic matching game, where you just match the number tokens to the number circles.
Once again, I’m back with games I made because I couldn’t find ones that I wanted to look through day to day. This one’s super easy and requires very few materials… It’s just a simple letter matching puzzle game.
I saw this game on a teaching site somewhere and thought it was super great — except I didn’t like the way it looked, so I went ahead and re-made it on my own. It’s a basic matching game, where you just match the alphabet tokens to the alphabet circles.
I’m constantly looking for worksheets and learning games to do with my son, but most of them are so ugly that I end up stealing the ideas and making my own so that I can live with starting at the games day after day. These worksheets are some number tracing worksheets that I made recently. What I’ve been doing is printing them out and then laminating them and having Rand trace the numbers with the lovely crayola dry-erase markers. He loves the colorful pictures and these worksheets have been great in helping him with the concept of writing.

Here’s a super simple infant costume that doesn’t need a sewing machine. It’s sure elicit a “HOW CUTE” from every person in the room, too! This is a perfect Halloween or Christmas outfit for the baby that’s no fuss. Once he takes off the hat, he’s just wearing a sleep n’ play!
